This Earth Day, we pray that we would be better stewards of the creation you have entrusted to us. May we use wisely the resources you have given us, knowing that we bear a responsibility not only to those who come after us, but also to you. Help us live in better relationship with the world around us, not destroying by our lifestyle, but helping to create and sustain. In the name of the Word, through which all of this came about, amen.
